Second Youth Congress held three sessions in three different places by the Student Association of Indonesian Students organization (PPPI.
The congress was attended by various representatives of youth organizations of Jong Java, Jong Batak, Jong, Celebes, Jong Sumatranen Bond, Bond Islamieten Jong, Jong Ambon, etc. as well as observers from the Tiong Hoa youth like Kwee Thiam Hong, John Lauw Tjoan Hok, Oey Kay Siang and Tjoi Djien Kwie.
Contents Of The Youth Congress Youth Pledge Two:
FIRST: Kami Poetera dan Poeteri Indonesia, Mengakoe Bertoempah Darah Jang Satoe, Tanah Indonesia. (Kami Putra dan Putri Indonesia, Mengaku Bertumpah Darah Yang Satu, Tanah Indonesia).
SECOND : Kami Poetera dan Poeteri Indonesia, Mengakoe Berbangsa Jang Satoe, Bangsa Indonesia. (Kami Putra dan Putri Indonesia, Mengaku Berbangsa Yang Satu, Bangsa Indonesia).
THIRD : Kami Poetera dan Poeteri Indonesia, Mendjoendjoeng Bahasa Persatoean, Bahasa Indonesia. (Kami Putra dan Putri Indonesia, Menjunjung Bahasa Persatuan, Bahasa Indonesia).
